What You’ll Create

Worry Dolls are soft, stitched companions made to hold the thoughts, fears, or hopes you’re carrying. As you make your doll, you slow down. You breathe. And something shifts.

Your finished Worry Doll becomes:

  • a symbolic helper

  • a grounding tool

  • a mindset anchor

  • a reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone

This is creativity with a purpose—and a whole lot of heart.

A Gentle, Creative Reset

This workshop is rooted in something simple but powerful: what if you didn’t have to carry everything alone?

Worry Dolls are soft, sweet companions made to hold the thoughts, fears, ideas, or hopes that keep swirling in your mind. As you stitch your doll together, something shifts. You slow down. You breathe. You remember your own capacity.

No sewing experience needed. No perfection required. Just curiosity and a willingness to make something meaningful with your hands.

There’s A Mindset Shift to Go With the Making

This workshop includes a practical mindset tool I’ve used for years as a coach and intuitive healer—a simple way to interrupt the worry spiral and shift into something calmer and more grounded.

You’ll learn how to pair this tool with your Worry Doll, so she becomes a partner in easing the mental load. It’s simple. It works. And I’ll teach it to you as part of this process.

It’s a small thing that makes a big difference.

Why Worry Dolls?

Worry Dolls have roots in Guatemala, where children tell a tiny doll their worries and tuck her under the pillow so she carries those worries away by morning.

This workshop brings that tradition into a soulful, creative practice for grown-ups.

You’ll create a soft, quirky, symbolic helper—one stitched with herbs, intention, and meaning.

She’s a reminder that you’re allowed to release what weighs you down… and that you have the power to shift how you think and feel.

  • This workshop was just what I needed at just the right time. Stacy is a welcoming, warm teacher who guided us through the process. I enjoyed working on the dolls together and having her available to answer questions as they came up. I appreciate her encouragement not to force anything and trust that what comes up is what I should notice. I discovered that I enjoy the artistic process when there is no expectation for how it will turn out. It was well worth my time."

    — Audrey

  • “This, for me, was a few things combined- art, creativity, meditation, journaling, and delving into thought-provoking areas for myself. I loved seeing my doll evolve and how she reflected back to me and vice versa.”

    —Mary

  • "Spending a day making a doll with Stacy was such a delight. Intentionally connecting to Spirit and bringing that light through artwork. Well, there is nothing sweeter. Especially when you are finished and see what you have created. I found the process relaxing and meditative. Stacy made it fun, she was aware when I needed help but otherwise let me create the doll that was mine. I am so happy with my doll. She makes me smile."
