Thank you for your interest in my offerings. Each purchase, whether a product or service, involves certain terms you'll want to be familiar with. I've laid them out below for your careful consideration.

Proceeding with your purchase means you're ready to embrace these terms, binding us in a mutual agreement. Should you have questions or need clarification, please contact me here.

Purchases and Refunds

Through Sacred Art & Story, I offer a variety of workshops, digital products, and instant downloads. Due to the nature of these digital offerings, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds.

Please note the following:

Instant Access: Once a digital product or class is purchased, you will receive immediate access to my digital content. This includes courses, workshops, meditations, and other downloadable resources.

Non-Refundable: Because my products are digital and can be accessed immediately, I am unable to provide refunds under any circumstances.

If you have any questions or concerns about the membership, please get in touch with me prior to making your purchase. I'm here to assist you and ensure you have a positive experience.

Rescheduling Coaching Sessions

To reschedule a coaching session, you must inform me 24 hours before your session. I am happy to reschedule sessions within a 2-week window. Failure to notify me within the 24-hour window results in a ‘no-show,’ in which the session is counted as complete.

Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us:

  1. Any payment information you supply is true and complete.

  2. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company.

  3. You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

  4. If your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment.

Local Taxes

You may be charged local sales tax or VAT, if applicable.

Payment Plans

For any product that offers a payment plan, please note that when you purchase via a payment plan, you understand that you are responsible for completing your payments until the entire amount has been paid — even if you decide to cease participating in the offering.

Please take note of the day of the month you enrolled, as this will be the day (give or take a day) that your monthly payments will be charged to your card. Ensure that funds are available a few days before this date.

If we cannot charge your card, a second attempt will be made 48 hours later. Should this charge also fail, your access to the program will be paused until the remaining amount is paid in full.

Early Enrollment Pricing

Early enrollment pricing (when offered) cannot be backdated for any reason.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are offered on various products, courses, and downloads for various reasons at various times. There are no reimbursements or refunds given for any reason if you do not enter the provided coupon code at checkout and a discount is applied.

If a coupon code is no longer working, then it has expired and cannot be backdated.

Course Credits

If you participate in a workshop that offers a course credit for a different workshop, please note that the credits are valid for 30 days from the date of the initial workshop you attend. No reimbursements or refunds will be given for any reason if you do not register via the provided registration link for the credit. When course credits are available, they will be sent to you via email after the initial course with instructions.

Course Replays

Certain workshops are offered with a replay for those who cannot join live. If your purchase includes a 7-day replay, the watch link you are given will expire seven days after receiving it. These replays are not downloadable.

Courses and Meditations Accessed Via Thinkific (My School Site)

You have ongoing access to the ‘current version’ of the course you are purchasing. If the course is going to be replaced or removed from Thinkific, you will be given the option to download the course material.

You grant Stacy Vajta/SpiritWork Studio LLC a license to use the information, testimonials, and materials you post to our Website and Class Content.
