A Gentle, Creative Reset

This workshop is rooted in something simple but powerful: what if you didn’t have to carry everything alone?

Worry Dolls are soft, sweet companions made to hold the thoughts, fears, ideas, or hopes that keep swirling in your mind. As you stitch your doll together, something shifts. You slow down. You breathe. You remember your own capacity.

We spend the day chatting, stitching, stuffing, and laughing while we make the cutest worry doll you’ve ever seen—one that becomes a helper, a reminder, and a tiny anchor of calm.

No sewing experience needed. No perfection required. Just curiosity and a willingness to make something meaningful with your hands.

A Mindset Shift to Go With the Making

The making itself is soulful, but there’s another piece I want to give you—a mindset tool I’ve used for years as a coach and intuitive healer. It’s a way to catch yourself before the worry spiral pulls you under and shift into something calmer and more grounded. It’s simple. It works. And I’ll teach it to you as part of this process.

It’s a small thing that makes a big difference.

What Folks Are Saying About The Spirit Doll Classes…

“I spent the day with Stacy making a spirit doll. She helped me sew a doll stuffed with prayers I wrote into little bundles. The spirit doll turned out lovely, and I keep her by my bedside to remind me of the love I felt while making her.“

Why Worry Dolls?

Worry Dolls have their roots in Guatemala, where tiny handmade dolls were given to children to sleep with under their pillows. The idea was simple: tell the doll your worries, tuck her beneath your pillow, and she would carry those worries away while you slept.

I’ve created my own version of that tradition—a soft, quirky, soulful worry doll meant for grown-ups who still carry a lot on their minds. She’s a little keeper of intention, a partner in shifting your thinking, and a reminder that you have more power than your worries want you to believe.

These soft, stitched versions take the original folk tradition even further. Inside your doll, you’ll place herbs, a bit of intention, and a few words naming what you’re ready to hand off, soften, or shift.

She becomes:

  • a symbolic helper

  • a grounding tool

  • a mindset anchor

  • a reminder that you’re allowed to release what weighs you down

This is creativity with a purpose—and a whole lot of heart.
