My Journey: From Healing Arts to Sacred Creativity
I’m a ‘details gal,’ so I get it!
After earning a degree in Communications from Emerson College in 1996, I stepped into the world of corporate video production. It didn’t take long to realize it wasn’t what I wanted for My Life’s Work.
So, I pivoted and pursued massage therapy, drawn to the healing arts and the power of intuition. Over 30 years, I developed a practice blending energy work, intuitive insight, and emotional healing.
To deepen my skills, I earned a Master’s in Counseling from the California Institute for Integral Studies. I immersed myself in Gestalt Therapy, Psychosynthesis, and transformational work—tools I still use today.
Through hands-on healing and energy work, I found my calling: helping clients uncover the patterns and emotions that hold them back, creating space for profound growth and change.
By 2012, I transitioned to coaching and long-distance energy healing, discovering that connection and transformation transcend physical spaces. My work evolved to integrate creativity, spirituality, and empowerment, guiding women to reclaim their inner wisdom.
