And yet, for so many of us, even knowing what we feel passionate about can be challenging. We’ve been taught as women to follow specific roles and dim our voices. But there is a fire within you that can help you reclaim your truth, your ideas, and what you feel passionate about. I’m here to help you uncover that in safe and empowering ways.

  • Absolutely. Our journey of personal revelation now doesn’t hold the same frenzy of finding our identity as in our thirties. There’s no hero’s journey, venturing beyond what you know. Instead, we face forward into a slowful, soulful exploration of our evolving selves. My approach here is not like typical coaching, a problem-solving model laden with techniques and solutions. Instead, I invite you to indulge in deep, soulful one-on-one conversations to illuminate your wisdom and the insight — only you have — that can guide you into your unique life.

  • That's the beauty of the way I schedule sessions is that you book them when you need them. You can do a session whenever you need new insight, and then come back when you’re ready for the next step.

  • Sometimes one session is the perfect fit, just enough inspiration and insight to help you see yourself anew. And, other times you might want to schedule another session when you’re ready. I work with women who often set up monthly sessions just to stay in the flow with their personal growth.

    You get to choose when you want to meet, on your schedule. And, if you want to discuss a package, we absolutely can.

  • These sessions all happen on Zoom, so we can connect no matter where we are. But I’m in Asheville NC most of the time!
